This project included the addition of a rear wing opening onto an existing pool. The new wing incorporates a large kitchen and dining area that replaced a rather dog-leg existing section of the house. Ceilings heights were increased and the design resulted in a better flow through the house.
This is a high end residential project with splashback tiles and pendant lighting sourced from the USA, and Italian marble used throughout. A back of house area opens conveniently but discreetly off the kitchen and includes a butler’s pantry, large walk-in pantry/cellar and a laundry.
